GIFT GUIDE: Valentines Day for Him.

Hi ladies!

So it doesn't feel like that long ago I wrote my Christmas Gift Guides, now January is over and it's February which means Valentines Day is just around the corner. I have to be honest with you, I don't really get the whole Valentines Day present thing, it's just too commercialised. But I do appreciate that not all of you are the Scrooge of Valentines like me, a lot of you will want to buy your Boyfriend or Husband a gift as a token of your love, so I thought I would put together a few ideas incase you really don't have a clue what to buy the men in your life this Valentines Day.

This gift won't apply to all of you but I am seeing more and more men with beards - they're everywhere - so I am sure that a few of you will have a Boyfriend or Husband that insists on proving how manly he is by growing a beard! So if you're cool with the beard then get him a beard grooming kit, like this one from notonthehighstreet.com for £25. It includes Beard Oil, Moustache Wax, Scissors and a Handmade Comb.

If you're not keen on the beard then why not drop a subtle hint and treat him to a really nice shaving set, my Boyfriend loves having a shave with the proper soap and brush like they do in barber shops. I found this one again on notonthehighstreet.com for £32. This set includes Shaving Cream, Shaving Brush, Drip Stand, Gift Box and sweets.

We all like our men to smell nice don't we? So aftershave is always a safe bet when it comes to Valentines Day, there are so many different aftershaves out there, so here are some bestsellers from various shops.

Diesel Only The Brave Eau de Toilette 50ml Gift Set
£30

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Eau de Toilette 75ml
£39.50

Gucci Gucci Guilty Pour Homme Eau de Toilette 90ml
£52

Another gift that I think most men would appreciate this Valentines Day is a good-looking watch, don't worry though, this doesn't have to cost you a fortune if you don't want it to. I have selected a handful of watches from Watch Shop that vary in prices. Click the pictures to go direct to the website

Limit Men's Watch
£24.99

Timex Original Men's 1970's Watch
£59.99

Pulsar Chronograph Watch
£97

Armani Exchange  Zulu Chronograph Watch
£157

If you really want to splurge and treat your other half, how about getting him a GoPro Camera - definitely a boys toy. As far as I know there are 4 to choose from, they range from £109.99 to £409.99 so they are fairly expensive.

GoPro Hero - £109.99
GoPro Hero3 - £169.99
GoPro Hero3+ - £249.99
GoPro Hero4 - £329.99 - £409.99

I hope that this has been helpful, will you be buying any of these? What will you be buying for your Boyfriend or Husband this Valentines Day?
